Day 155 (16/09/08)

We had a massive day today! No wonder the poor little thing was so overtired and wouldn't sleep this afternoon.
We had to be at the chiro at 8.15am! Yes, we made it on time! Actually with 3 mins spare and then we STILL had to wait to get in until 8.35. (i often wonder how they can be running so late at 8.15am but anyway....)
Then we went to BIG W to pick up the photobook I ordered Luke for fathers day that wasn't in on time. Chloe was so spewy today so I brought her some new bibs at BIGW, luckily as she went through 11 bibs today. Dont know how she can be so spewy some days and not others?
We then drove to my best friend, Vickie's house. Gave Chloe a bottle there and changed her. We then went to Luke's work to get some photos printed. (200....oops!!)
We went to spotlight whilst they were printing and I got these flowers to put on Chloe's wall, I think they really brighten up her room and make it look no where near as bland.
We went to pick up photo's and then headed through drive-through for lunch. YUCK!
We came home and my Mum came over (to use the toilet! as she had been to an appointment) and then Vickie came over with Jake. Chloe was so unsettled as she didnt have a decent sleep all day.
SHe is still asleep now 7pm and was due for a bottle at 6. Who knows what she will be like tonight! I guess i will soon find out!
So, pic of the day was taken in the car leaving the chiro (each time CHloe gets to pick something out of their "box" of toys and today she picked out this pink block. SHe loved it!)

Yesterdays pic Day 154 (15/09/08)

Chloe was 22 weeks old yesterday! My how time flys! (How old do I sound!)
We spent the morning at home doing washing and then we both went to a staff meeting at my work. Came home and then did MORE washing! Cleaned up around the house and then made a slideshow DVD of the pics we got done for Mum & Dad. It looks so good! This way they both can see them at the same time, i will play it on their big telly!
Then Chloe had a bottle at 6, then a bath, read a book and then she went to bed, not a noise! She woke up at 5 to 6 this morning! Such a good girl last night....

Well, I think I am going to start putting photo of the day on my blog and that way I can keep my own diary with it too.
Thats all I really go onto the forum for these days and I feel like I am only doing it for myself so I may aswell put it on MY blog!
I keep a diary at the moment of everything we have done everyday since Chloe was born and I figure I could put that on here and "kill two birds with one stone" (not that I would kill a bird! IYKWIM!!
So, I think thats my new plan.
I need to get off the computer and clean so I can FINALLY get my butt into gear and scrap!
I need to join new forums, get inspiration and just DO IT!
Well, I am off to hang the washing out but will be back with photo of the day!!

Im worlds worst blogger!

I actually forget sometimes that I even have one!!---whoops!!
Well, I am currently back to work. Earlier than anticipated but money always helps. I am working at Jubilee gym and it also has a bugalugs playcentre for kids and a cafe. So, I am managing it on a weekend. Totally different to what im used to but I am actually loving it. Change is as good as a holiday right???
Mum and Dad are minding Chloe of a weekend so she doesnt have to go into daycare and we dont have to pay for it! Works out perfectly!
What else is happening?? well, here is a quick rundown....
*we are getting a bath installed tomorrow. SO excited as we have had our house over 4 years and havnt had a bath. I love to have a bath and I cant wait! Im going to go and buy chloe a seat for the bath and also some toys and maybe some soak stuff for me!! yippeee!! Luke hates having a bath but I cant wait...
*I got my cricut from the US on Friday, thanks to Sar. I love it but have only had a really quick play with it so far so I cant wait to get on a mission and scrap away!
*Chloe has been really unsettled lately, she got her 4 month needles on Thursday, but also is teething. Its not fun times right now I cant tell you!
*My house looks like a bomb has hit it! But it normally does and you get that!
**My brother will be 27 tomorrow
*Mum and Dad are leaving for Hawaii in 4.5 weeks, and my bestie Vickie leaves for America in like 5.5 weeks!
*Chloes christening is next Saturday 30th. Her dress is absolutely beautiful and her godmother, Vickie, made it for her, she is so clever.
*my land rates have gone up $28 per quarter! What a joke!!!!!!
*Luke gets a new boss today, and hopefully we find out what days off he will be having.
*I made choc slive for the first time and I actually thought it tasted pretty good.

Busy Busy

Well, I have had a great last few days.
Saturday Mum, Dad and I (and Chloe) drove down to Wollongong, as Mum and Dad had a 50th birthday to go to. I went and met Sar from the SM forum. Sar has a beautiful baby girl Bronte who was born 5 weeks after Chloe. The girls looked sooo cute together~!!
I didnt get much done as I played with Sar's cricut all night!!!
We didnt stop talking all night, it felt like I'd been friends with her my whole life! We definately have alot in common!
I drove home on Sunday (Dad and the breathaliser would not have been friends!), and then on Monday Luke was off. I ran around getting stuff done, pink slip on the car etc....Then I went to the Chiropractor who basically in a nutshell is a hero. He told me so much stuff that made perfect sense. I had to go and get full spine x-rays and tailbone aswell (as its still SOOOO painful).
Today we had mothers group this morning, then we went to Gymbaroo, then we went to have afternoon tea with Kate and Sophie, then we came home.
Thought that was the end of an exciting day but i was wrong. I went to take some rubbish out to our big bin tonight and I pulled the door shut as I had our heater on. I heard it click and discovered that I had locked myself out of the house. YUP! CHLOE WAS INSIDE ON HER OWN AND I COULDNT GET INSIDE! I had no keys, no phone, no wallet nothing! It was also freezing. I ran to our neighbours panicing, saying "Ive locked myself out" Sharon said, "where's Chloe?". I said "INSIDE!!". I ran Luke who thankfully was on his way home from work. So all my neighbours and I stood outside the window making sure Chloe was ok until Luke got home! Eventful!!! Pics are of Bronte and Chloe, and again, my and my baby girl, and the last two are from mothers group today.

NEED TO SCRAP!!

I challenged myself to scrap my pics from 365 days of Chloe pics....well, so far im failing!! I havnt scrapped in forever!
I need help! How am I going to do it?? I started so now I HAVE to finish it, but im struggling for time. I am going to Wollongong on the weekend and I am meeting Sar, so we should get some scrapping done on Sat night, but with 2 little babies, I hope Chloe behaves! She might show off for Bronte!!!
I just wish I had more time to do it, all the pics are printed and are in order in the album ready to go!!
I seriously need more product (and money~~!!!!), I should turn off the computer and go and get some done!

Happy Birthday Luke...

Well, tomorrow is my DH Luke's 26th birthday. I reminded him today that tomorrow he will be closer to 30 than 20!! He wasn't impressed!
He got 11 HD DVD's 5 XBOX games and vouchers and money! Also got an awesome beanbag off Chloe and is getting 2 games off me in the morning.sssshhhhhh
So, he is quite happy and wont want a game or DVD for quite some time!

3 months already!

I cant believe how fast life goes. So much happens everyday and its amazing that time can go so fast. I wish it could slow down a little!
Have been so busy, between organising Chloe's christening doing invites etc, Grandma still in hospital, mothers group, trying to keep house tidy (pft!!) and spending time with my girl there is not much time left for anything else.
I am up to day 94 with my pics of Chloe, but finding I'm taking alot more lately. Poor computer will run out of room soon as majority of pics are taken on 12 MP camera! oops!!
Well, i am off to take washing off the line...it never ends!

11 weeks

Well, this is Chloe at 11 weeks.
She now weighs 9 pound 8! What a big girl she is getting!
She is getting cheeky and making lots of noises.

Well, my baby girl is now 8 pound 13! She is getting so big~!! My friends baby was born bigger and longer than Chloe and Chloe was 11 weeks old!
I am getting her weighed on Thursday so I hope she has grown! She can still fit into some of her 00000 things, but mostly now in 0000. I cleaned out her cupboard today to try to make room for some 000 things as she has such beautiful clothes and I wanted to sort it all out.

Some very random pics from my house today. No the sausages are not our dinner, they are for our dog Dash. He gets them for treats. Luke brought them home from work the other day as they didnt get used so i cooked them up today ready for Dash!
